Drayton Wiser: one cold room when the rest of the house is warm

A Wiser system asks the boiler for heat only when at least one room wants it, and then opens that room's radiator valves. A single cold room therefore means either that room is not asking, or it is asking and its valve is not opening, and those are separate faults with separate fixes.
